RCPL Budget

The Russell County Public Library is funded by the County of Russell, the State of Virginia (through the state aid program administered by the Library of Virginia), the Universal Service Fund (E-Rate), and several localities. Funds also include grants and donations.

The County of Russell acts as the fiscal agent for the Russell County Public Library. Funds are audited as part of the annual county audit. A copy of the audit may be obtained from the county or their website.
