Delayed Opening – Staff Training

To allow for staff training, the Russell County Public Library will operate on an adjusted schedule Friday. December 19th. Location will open from 1pm to 5:30pm.

The Lebanon Library and Honaker Community Library will open at 1pm Friday, December 19th to allow for a staff training program. Thank you for your understanding.
